Hi, I’m Daniel— a Manchester and north west-based wedding photographer with over ten years of experience capturing people, places, and stories through a natural, documentary lens. My style is relaxed and honest, wedding photography, focused on real moments rather than staged ones. I believe the best photographs are the ones that feel true — the laughter, the quiet glances, and the little in-between moments that make each story unique.

While working behind the camera, I also teach — something I’ve done for more than a decade. Teaching has shaped the way I see the world with my camera: with patience, curiosity, and an appreciation for the small details that others might overlook. It’s that same mindset I bring to photography, whether I’m documenting a wedding, creating portraits, or working on a commercial project.

I specialise in capturing candid, storytelling moments that reflect the real atmosphere of your big day — the emotion, the energy, and everything in between. My approach to your wedding is unobtrusive and relaxed, allowing you and your guests to be completely yourselves while I document the story as it unfolds. The laughs, unscripted looks. I also use off-camera flash creatively when the light fades, so your evening celebrations, dance floor moments, and after-dark portraits still carry the same natural, cinematic feel as the rest of your day.
